"Such a cute gift"
So... this arrived really nicely packed and looked super sweet as a gift. My sister loved opening it, which made it feel even more special

"Really easy to make it my own"
I had a lot of options to choose from and was able to change the font and necklace length without any trouble. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Name Placement Was Off"
I was disappointed because the name came printed off center and it didn’t look like what I asked for. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “send us a photo and we’ll take a look,” which was nice, but it was still frustrating to receive it that way in the first place

"Cute stuff, but ordering was a hassle"
I’ll be honest, the items are really cute, but the whole ordering process kind of tested my patience. The site was slow, and I had to keep checking my cart because some options didn’t seem to save properly. Checkout did go through eventually, but it felt way more confusing than it should have. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating enough that it left me a little annoyed.

I ordered my usual ring size and, it fit just right. Not sliding around, not cutting off my circulation, just normal. I was kind of expecting some weird sizing issue because that seems to happen way too often, but thankfully this one was actually spot on.

"Cute item, but the tracking was a mess"
I mean, the item itself is actually cute, so I’ll give it that. But the tracking was confusing the whole time. It kept showing random updates that didn’t really make sense, and for a few days I had no idea where my order even was. I’m happy it showed up in the end, but the delivery updates definitely made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a little nervous trying new stuff. These didn’t bother me at all. I wore them all day and had no redness, itching, or irritation. Really happy with them...

"My new favorite necklace"
I just got my necklace from Caitlyn Minimalist recently, i’m kind of obsessed with it right now. The engraving came out really clean, and the chain feels way nicer than I expected, definitely not flimsy. It really seems like someone took their time making it. I’ve already worn it a bunch since it arrived, and it still looks brand new. Based on how happy I am with it so far, I’d definitely order again.

"Good discounts, but not the clearest setup"
I ordered from Caitlyn Minimalist during a sale because the discount looked decent, and I figured it was a good time to try a few pieces.
The final price ended up being fine, but the promo codes were a little confusing. Some didn’t stack, so I had to test a couple before figuring out what actually applied. I get that not every deal can combine, but it would be nice if that was made obvious upfront.
The items were cute and the sale definitely helped, so I’m not unhappy with the order. I just think the discount rules could be clearer before checkout. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as it could’ve been

"Super easy exchange and helpful service"
I accidentally ordered the wrong necklace length and realized it after it arrived. I emailed them to ask about exchanging it, and they got back to me quickly, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.
The return process was really straightforward, and they explained everything in a way that didn’t feel confusing, if that makes sense. The new necklace came in and fits so much better, so I’m really happy with how they handled everything

"Nice chain, adjusts well"
Really nice chain overall. The length works for me, and it adjusts well. Just wish it had one more loop. Would’ve made it perfect.

"Cute, but probably only worth it on sale"
I got a small personalized necklace from caitlynminimalist.com, and overall it’s cute. The engraving came out mostly how I pictured it, which was nice, though the necklace itself felt a little lighter than I expected from the photos. Not necessarily bad, just not as substantial as I thought it would be. Shipping also took a bit longer than I hoped, and then with the extra fees added on, it didn’t feel like as great of a deal anymore. For the price, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t say I was blown away. I might order again if there’s a sale or discount, but at full price, it feels a little much for what you get.

I realized after placing my order that I’d picked the wrong option, i thought it was going to be a whole hassle to fix. I messaged them, and they got it sorted quickly without any annoying back and forth. It was super easy and definitely made me feel better about ordering from them. Really happy with how simple the whole thing was.

"Took forever to hear back"
The customer service replies were just way too slow. I had to follow up more than once, and even then, I still didn’t really get a clear answer. It was frustrating, especially when I just wanted some help and kept waiting around.

"Refund process was kind of a mess"
I asked for a refund it wasn’t a great experience. The replies were slow and I kept having to follow up, which got annoying. To be fair, they weren’t rude or anything, but somehow it still felt like I was being ignored. It wasn’t the worst customer service ever, but I definitely wouldn’t want to deal with that refund process again...

"Simple pieces that just make sense"
I’m usually quick with jewelry — if it looks clean, goes with most of my outfits, and doesn’t feel too loud, I’m basically sold. This site totally hits that mark. The pieces are tiny, simple, and easy to picture wearing every day. I kept using my usual shortcut of “would I actually wear this with jeans and a tee?” most of it was a yes. Really aesthetic, and I could browse around for way too long

The items are cute, but the selection felt limited. I was expecting more styles and options, but a lot of it looked the same after a while, so I didn’t really feel like browsing for long. I also had to contact support with a quick question and got transferred around, which was annoying. Overall, not terrible, just not as much variety as I hoped for

"Cute and comfy, though tiny"
I got a little necklace from Caitlyn Minimalist it’s been really easy to wear day to day. It’s lightweight, doesn’t feel scratchy, and I’ve worn it to work, running errands, and just hanging around at home without really noticing it’s there.
That said, it is definitely on the tiny side, maybe a bit smaller than I expected. I still think it looks simple and cute, and I’m happy with it overall, but if you want something that stands out more, this might be a little too subtle.

"Decent site, but kinda confusing"
My first impression was that the site was okay, but not super easy to use. I did find what I needed eventually, though the menus felt a bit unclear and took more clicking around than I expected.
